‘Remember123’ is a service which lets you (the customer) use a domain name to link to your web site. This means that you can use the domain name to promote your web site in anyway you see fit, as long as it is not derogatory or detrimental to ‘Remember123’ or the domain name you have chosen to use.
Although we may choose to, ‘Remember123’ are not obliged to advertise the domain name in any way – this means we can not be held accountable for no or little traffic through our link we provide for you. It is up to you to advertise or use the name to promote your web site and as a by-product it is you who is responsible for what traffic or interest your site gets through using our service.
We may however supply new customers with ideas and recommendations of how to use the domain name – if we do these are simply recommendations and are of the personal opinions of ‘Remember123’. We can not be held accountable for the effectiveness or lack there-of if you choose to use our suggestions and/or advice.
The web sites we allow to use our services are checked over by our moderators prior to being accepted, to see if they are deemed suitable. You must agree to certain terms & conditions in order to be accepted and we trust in you that any changes they make to their web site are in keeping with these and therefore we are not held accountable to any changes made to the web sites we link to.
To be accepted the content of the web sites must not:
1) Be defamatory to any person or be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
2) Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
3) Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
4) Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence or be in contempt of court.
5) Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
6) Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
7) Advocate, promote or incite any third party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act.
We can advertise, promote and use our web site in any way we say fit. The design and content can change without prior notice but rest assured we guarantee that your advert and link will not be changed without your consent providing it is in keeping with our terms & conditions which you agree to.
If we find that your site has become unsuitable for our service in accordance to our terms & conditions, we reserve the right to remove the advert and site from our system with no refund.
You will be sent a reminder by email that your subscription is due to end 1 week before it does and you will be given the opportunity to re-subscribe or upgrade/downgrade before it is then made available to anyone.
